Recently, Yuan Hang—Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone (Kunming Area of the China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone)—led a government-business delegation to Wuhan Kyle Optics for a research and inspection visit. The delegation conducted an in-depth tour of Kyle Optics’ R&D Center, manufacturing workshops, and product showroom, gaining a comprehensive overview of the entire lifecycle—from R&D and testing to full-scale production—of industrial precision optical sensors. During the visit, the delegation gained detailed insights into the technical specifications and application scenarios of the company’s core precision optical sensor products. Kyle Optics’ extensive technical expertise and impressive achievements in industrialization earned the unanimous recognition of the delegation.

During the symposium, Deputy Secretary Yuan Hang spoke highly of Kyle Optics' technical prowess, stating unequivocally: "Kyle's technological achievements align perfectly with our district's strategic industrial direction—specifically, the development of high-end manufacturing and the digital economy—making it a high-caliber enterprise that we prioritize for attraction." He expressed the hope that Kyle Optics would extensively apply its technology—integrating LiDAR with multi-sensor systems—to specialized scenarios within Yunnan, such as factory automation, smart logistics, and mountain and forest inspection. Furthermore, he extended a sincere invitation to Kyle Optics to establish a subsidiary in Yunnan, leveraging the region's abundant and diverse application scenarios to achieve a deep integration of technology, manufacturing, and local resources, thereby further expanding the breadth and depth of these technologies' applications.

Deputy Secretary Yuan Hang further outlined the Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone’s “Four-Zone Linkage” development mechanism and its inherent industrial strengths—including abundant resources in optical materials and non-ferrous metals, the Shanghai-Yunnan industrial collaboration framework, and specialized pro-business policies. Furthermore, he proposed facilitating collaborations between Kyle Optics and entities such as the Kunming Railway Bureau, mining and forestry inspection agencies, the coal and chemical industry sector, and the Yunnan Electric Power Research Institute, thereby painting a promising picture for Kyle Optics’ future expansion within Yunnan.
