It automatically detects carriage damage and residual coal, ensuring zero spillage, zero delay, and zero hidden risks in transportation, thus guaranteeing efficient and stable operation of the entire chain.
It optimizes coal blending to reduce costs and improve energy efficiency; monitors boiler settlement with millimeter-level precision to detect structural hazards in a timely manner; simultaneously manages bottom ash removal and electrostatic precipitators, ensuring compliance with both efficiency and environmental standards, and adapts to automatic control under full-load operating conditions.
It builds a comprehensive safety monitoring system to realize real-time early warning of coal pile temperature, belt open flame, and gas & dust concentration. Through AI-based proactive hidden hazard identification and linked disposal, it upgrades operation and maintenance from "passive emergency response" to "proactive prevention and control", strengthening the operational safety line.
