Recently, the World Optics Valley Sci-Tech Finance Ecosystem Conference was held in Wuhan with 300+ financial institution representatives, alongside the launch of the East Lake High-Tech Zone 'Seedling Star Program' Founder Camp (First Cohort).

Selected into the inaugural cohort for its technical leadership in intelligent optical sensing, Kyle Optics Founder and Chairwoman Lu Ji delivered a keynote speech on behalf of participating enterprises and was interviewed by Hubei TV.
Chairwoman Lu Ji's remarks at the 'Seedling Star Program' opening ceremony shared her nearly two decades of optoelectronics experience and eight years of building Kyle Optics in Optics Valley.

Kyle Optics Chairwoman Lu Ji delivering remarks at the opening ceremony
In her speech, Chairwoman Lu Ji highlighted Wuhan's emergence as China's fourth major sci-tech innovation hub across three dimensions — Timing, Location, and Ecosystem:
1. Strategic Timing: Chairwoman Lu Ji noted that as AI and embodied intelligence scale commercially, photonics and 3D optical sensing have become foundational pillars, supported by Wuhan's complete optoelectronics value chain across transmission, storage, computing, and sensing.
2. Central Geographic Hub: In terms of location, Chairwoman Lu Ji highlighted that Wuhan's three-hour high-speed rail radius covers ten provinces and 600 million people, enabling centralized R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain operations serving the national market.
3. Thriving Innovation Ecosystem: Among the three dimensions, Chairwoman Lu Ji showed special appreciation for Optics Valley's entrepreneurial spirit and supportive business environment. She noted that during the company's growth, the East Lake High-Tech Zone Financial Bureau provided tailored financing guidance and connected the company with upstream/downstream partners and central SOEs, uniting industry, finance, and enterprise services.
Concluding her remarks, Chairwoman Lu Ji stated that over the past eight years Kyle Optics broke foreign monopolies in high-end industrial LiDAR, and will leverage the Founder Camp to bring Wuhan-made intelligent optical sensing products to the global market while serving as a Golden Seed pre-IPO enterprise supporting fellow innovators across the Optics Valley ecosystem.
During the event, Chairwoman Lu Ji also gave an exclusive interview to Hubei TV sharing Kyle Optics' development roadmap in Optics Valley.
As a hard-tech enterprise focused on high-end intelligent optical sensing, Kyle Optics serves CHN Energy, China Railway, CCTEG, Shandong Port Groupand other major central SOEs as a primary domestic LiDAR supplier.
